Summary:
- RNThis position is responsible for coordinating, recording, updating and monitoring all Minimum Data Set (MDS) documentation for each Medicare patient as required by state regulations and other appropriate authorities.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
To perform this job, an individual must accomplish each essential function satisfactorily, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
o Regulate and maintain the MDS/PPS program and completion scheduleo Develop and coordinate appropriate nursing care plan from MDS/RUG categoryo Analyze assessment data independently for complex patient problems and identify early subtle changes that formulate RUG categories and effect patient careo Evaluate effectiveness of nursing care plans; update MDS/RAI process within completion guidelineso Promptly respond to all emergency calls with appropriate emergency interventiono Provide care to patients including administration of treatments, medications, social and emotional supporto Other duties as assignedJOB REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications:
o License/Certification/Education:
o Completion of a Registered Nursing Programo Current State of Tennessee Registered Nursing Licenseo CPR Certification o
Experience:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
